• Changed default values of ladder speeds in the config
• Changed the logic of acceleration of the player on the ladders (now it will be easier to get off)'

• Changed properties of some ladders (Netherite ladder will not burn in fire and lava; copper ladder can be mined by hand; decreased the speed of mining most ladders).
