Iron Core Utilities

This is the first release of IronCore Utilities, a library/utility mod required by the Iron-collection mods like Iron Chest (more to come). The mod is used to provide shared, common logic between these mods, as well as some useful utilities.

This version implements:

• Feature: Linear upgrade path for Iron Chests (and other containers) from Wood to Netherite tier.
• Feature: A Key/Lock system that allows to lock Iron Chests (and other containers) so that only you and other players you trust can access them.
• Feature: A "Hand Truck" and an "Enhanced Hand Truck" that allow to relocate chests and other containers without losing their inventory. The latter also allows to move spawners.
• Fix: Allows to convert pre-1.21.5 worlds to 1.21.5 and after without having items or books lose they enchantments when store in an Iron Chest container.
