Sort by creative tab (category), the default sort method for new configs

A locked, empty active hotbar slot picked up items. It now stays empty, apart from an auto-refill or a pick-block into it. Reported by arrozdocii on CurseForge
Sort buttons showed on screens with nothing to sort and covered the enchanting table's first option. The enchanting table, beacon, brewing stand and villager trades have no sort buttons now, furnaces, anvils and hoppers get the player inventory row, and the crafting table keeps move-all
