Time Flow Speed control has arrived.

### Added

- Persistent Overworld Time Flow control
- Four Time Flow modes:
  - Paused (0x)
  - Slow (0.5x)
  - Normal (1x)
  - Fast (2x)
- Ctrl + Mouse Wheel directional Time Flow adjustment
- Configurable Numpad Plus key to increase Time Flow
- Configurable Numpad Minus key to decrease Time Flow
- Server-authoritative multiplayer synchronization
- Persistent Time Flow mode after saving and reopening a world
- English and Thai interface messages
- Action-bar and sound feedback when changing Time Flow
- Maximum-speed and already-paused limit notifications

### Controls

- Right-click: Change time
- Shift + Right-click: Change weather
- Ctrl + Mouse Wheel Up: Increase Time Flow
- Ctrl + Mouse Wheel Down: Decrease Time Flow
- Numpad Plus: Increase Time Flow
- Numpad Minus: Decrease Time Flow
- I: Summon the Time & Weather Wand

The Numpad Plus and Minus controls can be changed in Minecraft Controls.

### Important

Time Flow changes only the movement of the sun and moon.

It does not accelerate:

- Crops or trees
- Mobs or players
- Furnaces
- Redstone
- Random ticks
- Weather timers
- The Minecraft server tick rate
