Updated Vanilla Backport compat:

• C&C Copper Golems are now replaced with VB's (VB's Copper Golems can now also be created by placing a Lightning Rod atop a Carved Pumpkin, but they come without a chest)
• C&C weathering Lightning Rod recipes are now disabled if VB is loaded
• VB's Copper Nuggets now take precedence over other supported mods' in recipes
• added config options for disabling C&C and VB copper blocks (disables recipes)
• added config options for disabling C&C and VB copper equipment (disables recipes, prevents them from appearing in loot and being worn by mobs)
• added recipes for crafing VB weathering Copper Bars and Chests with C&C weathering Copper Ingots
• disabled "Thunderstruck" advancement if C&C copper equipment is disabled in config

General:

• fixed datapack error when using the "More Silver" config option without Spelunkery loaded
• fixed mobs not spawning with C&C copper armor if "Caverns & Chasms Silver Equipment" is disabled in config
• added Create crushing recipes for Galosphere's Pink Salt blocks
