INTEGRATED ABYSS
The Nether was never another world. It was always beneath your feet.
Descend.
Dig past bedrock — and keep digging. Below the world you know lies a 32-block void of suffocating fog, then the roof of the Abyss itself: the Nether, stacked under the Overworld.
No portals. No magic. Just a pickaxe, a tunnel through the bedrock, and the courage to jump into the dark.
Features
- One World, Two Realms — The Overworld above (Y -64 to 320), the Nether below (Y -224 to -97). Fully seamless.
- Bedrock Tunnels — Natural tunnels pierce the bedrock shell. Find one, and descend into the abyss.
- Void Fog — A dense, light-devouring fog fills the gap between realms. You won't see the bottom until you're there.
- Abyssal Fog — Each nether biome breathes its own fog — crimson haze in the Crimson Forest, pale mist in the Soul Sand Valley.
- Portals Disabled — Obsidian frames won't ignite. The only way down… is down.
How it works
Integrated Abyss replaces the vanilla dimension layout with a single merged dimension. The Nether's full terrain generates below the Overworld's bedrock layer, connected by rare tunnels carved through the barrier. Every worldgen feature is configurable via the config file.
