This mod adds three new blocks, a torch, a repeater and a comparator.
This blocks have no latence when changing states, pemitting to have a big circuits reacting immediatly without taking into account the number of repeaters, torches and comparators used.
Repeaters can also be configured but with a 1 tick precision, against the 2 ticks precision of vanilla repeaters.
For worldedit user:
Worldedit may not paste correctly every mod block. A simple workaround is to systematicly double each paste command.
