Fixed

• Hologram rotation, portal effects, and opening/closing animations now use a shared client frame clock so server world-time corrections cannot make them jump or rewind, including at healthy server TPS.
• Preserve smooth portal fragment motion and miniature rotation during long sessions, and update reveal smoothing every frame while retaining server-controlled generation readiness.
