What's new
Renamed from ToF Neo Packs to Instance Pack Manager, a name that says what the mod does. Nothing else changes: same mod id (tofneo_packs), same config file, same behavior. Log lines now start with [Instance Pack Manager], and the file is now named instance_pack_manager-<version>.jar.
This mod has no additional files
