Inner Voice is a client‑side mod that displays floating, typewriter‑style “inner voice” text in the world when you fight or approach specified mobs, and can also assign custom BGM with synchronized lyrics/subtitles to each mob.

## Added
- Added a configurable speed option for normal inner voice text: `voiceTextSpeed`.
- Added a configurable speed option for song lyrics/subtitles: `lyricsTextSpeed`.
- Both options default to `1.0` and can be set between `0.25` and `4.0`; higher values make the typewriter animation faster.
- Achievement-triggered music now has the highest priority: Achievement Music > Entity Music > Structure Music > Biome Music.
## Scope
- Normal text speed applies to custom inner voice text for entities, biomes, and structures.
- Lyrics speed applies to lyrics and subtitles for entity, biome, structure, and achievement BGM.
- Both settings affect HUD and world text modes simultaneously.
