YOU MAY, WITHOUT ASKING:
- download the mod from its official pages and play it.
- install the copy you downloaded on your own computer and on your own server.
- include the mod in any modpack, on any platform. The pack may download the mod from the official pages, or include the original, unchanged jar in its files (server packs included). A changed jar may never be included.
- make money with modpacks and servers that use the mod.
- make videos, streams, screenshots and guides about the mod, monetized or not.
- make addons, compatibility mods and datapacks that work alongside the mod, as long as they contain none of its code or files. An addon may use the name "Infused Power" in its own name if it clearly says it is an unofficial addon.
- make resource packs with your own new textures for the mod, and translations of its text.
- change the mod's settings and its data and config files (including datapacks and the config/infusedpower/overrides folder), for yourself, your server or your modpack.

YOU MAY NOT, WITHOUT THE AUTHOR'S WRITTEN PERMISSION:
- share the mod's jar with other people, or upload it anywhere, except inside a modpack as described above.
- publish a changed version of the mod, or a fork of it.
- decompile or reverse engineer the mod.
- copy or reuse its code or its assets (textures, models, sounds, text) in any other project, or publish edited versions of its textures.

IF THE MOD STOPS BEING UPDATED:
If no new version of Infused Power has been released on its official pages for 3 years, anyone may port or continue the mod, and may decompile and change its code to do so, as long as:
- they credit ItsDaes as the original author, on their page and in their mod.
- their version is free to download.
The author may also give this permission at any time.

CHANGES TO THIS LICENSE:
The author may change this license. A change applies to versions released after it; each version keeps the license it was released with.

NO WARRANTY:
The mod is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. The author is not liable for any damage or loss from its use, including lost worlds. Back up your worlds.
