v1.0.6 - mod_id normalization

Breaking change: the internal mod identifier changed from infotab to info_tab, to match the project's naming convention. The in-game command stays /infotab. Existing saved per-server config under the old id will not carry over automatically — reconfigure after updating.

• Mod identifier normalized: infotab → info_tab (config file name, network channel, asset namespace, JAR name).
