Apply bone meal to sugar cane, and it will immediately grow to its maximum height never using the bone meal.
Features
Right click support Hold bone meal in hand and right click any sugar cane to make it grow to height 3.
Dispenser support Dispensers that shoot bone meal at sugar cane operate similarly.
