Infested potion

A Forge 1.19.2 mod that adds the Infested Potion — a harmful potion which applies the Infestation effect, causing mobs or players to sometimes spawn silverfish when damaged

 

Status Effect – Infestation

Level I: 10% chance to spawn 1–3 silverfish when damaged

Level II: 20% chance to spawn 1–3 silverfish when damaged

Brewing Recipes

Awkward Potion + Rotten Flesh → Infested Potion

Infested Potion + Redstone → Long Infested Potion

Infested Potion + Glowstone Dust → Strong Infested Potion

Works with splash/potions to spread the effect to groups
