Put pairing code in the MekAcc app

The website previously displayed a Lua expression as if it were a CraftOS shell command. Typing print(mekacc.pairingCode(os.getComputerID())) at the normal shell prompt makes CraftOS search for a program with that name and produces No such program.

MekaCC now shows the pairing code in the existing mekanism app (Tools → Pairing code) and also mounts pairingCode as a real shell program. The documented flow is:

mekanism → Pairing code

The Lua expression remains valid after entering the Lua REPL with lua.
