Fix ammonia jetpack hover drift

• Ammonia HOVER mode no longer multiplies existing horizontal velocity (motion * 1.1), which preserved the old flight direction and felt like ice-skating when turning the mouse.
• Horizontal boost now accelerates along the player's current wish direction (movement input + yaw) and damps the perpendicular component so steering bites immediately.
• Key-release brake unchanged; similar top-speed cap retained (speedSq ≤ 0.6).
• Client tick mixin moved to the client mixin list; removed unused empty common tick handler.
