REMOVE ALL IW BLOCKS BEFORE (THE NEW ADDED 1.8+).

-Added blocks to measure EU and IF with redstone output to 2 channels.
-Fixed Bug of Control Transformer Not drop Wires when breaked.
-Now to connect redstone wires to 1.8+ blocks, a "redstone controler" block is needed to be placed in right positions of the blocks.
