Industrial Craft 2: Nostalgia — 21.1.0-local.12

This is a cumulative changelog relative to legacy IC2 Experimental, including changes inherited from the community port.

## Platform and identity

- Available for Minecraft 1.21.1 on NeoForge through the IndustrialCraft 2: Refactored community codebase.
- Renamed the displayed mod, creative tab and related English text to **Industrial Craft 2: Nostalgia**.
- Retained the internal `ic2` mod ID and existing registry names for compatibility with this port's saves and recipes.

## Nostalgia additions and improvements

- Added Efficiency, Fortune and Silk Touch support to the Mining Drill, Diamond Drill and Iridium Drill.
- Updated the Miner to apply its installed drill's loot enchantments during automated mining.
- Preserved unrelated enchantments when switching the Iridium Drill's Fortune/Silk Touch mode.
- Added automatic missing macerator recipes for recognized ores, raw metals and ingots based on loaded smelting/blasting recipes.
- Added fallback dust variants for metals without an existing dust, with smelting/blasting back into the corresponding ingot.
- Added recipe-reload handling and JEI support for generated dust recipes and variants. Explicit processing recipes retain priority.
- Added shared ordinary and dense plate tags, and updated IC2 plate ingredients to accept matching tagged materials.
- Added optional tagged-plate recipe alternatives for Create Propulsion: Simulated.
- Allowed dried kelp as an alternative to rubber in recipes using IC2's shared rubber-material ingredient.
- Added an optional Create belt recipe using rubber.
- Added Create bulk-washing recipes for crushed copper, gold, iron, lead, silver, tin and uranium, preserving IC2 washing outputs and guaranteed byproducts.
- Adjusted the rubber-sheet crafting layout when Create is installed to avoid conflicting with belt recipes.
- Added a persistent, synchronized machine mute button to IC2 block interfaces.
- Updated machine loops to use Minecraft's tickable sound interface for live volume adjustments and sound-muffler interaction.
- Added optional Curios back/body-slot support for all four battery packs, including tool charging and charge-pad recharging.
- Fixed electric charging to use the donor item's correct voltage tier.
- Fixed empty-item-stack validation that could disconnect players when opening machine interfaces such as the macerator.
- Verified machine and component crafting through Create's native mechanical crafter support, including preservation of charge in electric crafting outputs. No duplicate mechanical crafting recipes are required.

## Changes inherited from IndustrialCraft 2: Refactored

- Removed legacy item-form UU-Matter and its associated obsolete replication content; modern fluid-based UU processing is separate.
- Removed Refined Iron Ingots, with steel filling their material role.
- Removed IC2 scaffolds in favor of modern Minecraft scaffolding.
- Changed Reinforced Stone acquisition to a recipe using eight stone and one advanced alloy.
- Adjusted tin, lead and uranium ore generation.
- Allowed charge pads to charge items of any voltage tier while retaining charging speeds limited by the pad's tier.
- Added the Mining Filter Card for configuring the Advanced Miner's mining targets.
