Interface - added Item Placer
- fix #18 (added slider to Portable Inventory Remote) and fixed possible
bugs with >255 slots - moved WarpPipe ticking to active connector parts to fix some
mysterious crash - changed Tank textures to make them look more like tanks and less like
glass blocks.
