Incense

-Added Incense, found in the Decoration Block Creative Tab.

-Added Lit Incense

--When Incense is right-clicked with Flint and Steel, it will become Lit Insence.

--Lit Incense can be put out by submerging the block in water.

-Added Relaxed Effect

--Certain entities with affected by the Relaxed Effect will become docile while affected

---The following mobs are affected by the Relaxed Effect: Cave Spiders, Spiders, Endermen, Llama, Ocelot, Polar Bears, Zombified Piglins, Panda, Wolfs, Iron Golems, Bees, Cats, and Silverfish.

-Added a config

--Allows players to adjust the radius around the Lit Incense block entities will gain the Relaxed Effect

--Allows players to decide whether the effect will show potion bubbles around affected entities and/or players.
