- Added the optional 'firstjoin' condition for "when": "onjoin": true matches only new mobs, false matches subsequent joins; omitting it preserves the existing behavior
- First-join tracking survives world/chunk reloads and dimension transfers, preventing repeated spawn-rule effects when firstjoin is true (#165)
