This mod contains loud sounds, jumpscares, unsettling ambience, visual effects, and psychological horror elements.


CORE EXPERIENCE

  • Survival horror progression: the mod is based around days, pressure, and escalation.
  •  atmosphere: cryptic messages, strange behavior, hidden encounters, and world changes make the experience feel like something is communicating with you.
  • Stalking entities: some creatures do not attack immediately. They watch, follow, wait, disappear, and return later.
  • Unpredictable jumpscares: not constant, but when they happen they are invasive and sudden.
  • Psychological pressure: the mod uses whispers, silence, distorted sounds, fake presences, and visual changes to make the player question what is happening.
  • Configurable gameplay: several features can be adjusted through commands and config.

SANITY SYSTEM

Your sanity changes how dangerous the world feels.

  • Low sanity makes the player weaker.
  • You may hear voices, whispers, and unnatural sounds.
  • You may see strange figures, fake players, shadows, or hostile hallucinations.
  • Some effects are only visible to the affected player.
  • Sanity can be affected by attacks, night survival, food, items, and special interactions.

ENTITIES

 

The entities are not just enemies. Each one changes how the world feels, how you move, and how safe you think you are. Some stalk, some chase, some punish eye contact, and others exist only to make you question what is real.

  • Smiling Freak: the main face of the horror. It stalks from far away, appears when you least expect it, and can turn a normal night into a chase without warning.
  • THE_SMILING_END: a more intelligent presence. It reacts like something behind the world is listening, using messages, strange encounters, and psychological pressure.
  • Smiling End Titan Final Form: a large-scale endgame threat connected to heavier world distortion, stronger attacks, and high-pressure survival moments. (final form of smiling end and the other phases of him like smiling freak and smiley)
  • Forest Troll: the protector of the forest. Massive, loud, and dangerous, it feels less like a random monster and more like a force guarding something ancient.
  • The Minions: smaller hostile entities that pressure the player through numbers, sight, and sudden attacks. If they notice you, hiding becomes important.
  • Wraith Cat: a tall, dark humanoid figure with cat-like features. It is fast, aggressive, and built around unsettling sounds and sudden appearances.
  • Devil Hand / Grasping Hand: a floating hand with one eye. It is based around observation, grabbing, forced perspective, and the feeling that looking at it is a mistake.
  • Hovering Gazer: a rare night entity that moves through the sky, lurking above the player and creating pressure from places you normally ignore.
  • Acid Dissolver: a fast hostile entity that attacks with acid and punishes players who let it get too close.
  • Wendigo: a constant chaser focused on pressure, speed, and disturbing audio. It is meant to make running feel desperate.
  • Arachnoseeker: a spider-like entity built around pursuit, sudden movement, and close-range fear.
  • Human Spider: a more unnatural spider form, mixing humanoid horror with fast movement and close encounters.
  • Floating Eye: a watching entity. Its role is to make the player feel observed, even before direct danger arrives.
  • Scrofa: an aggressive hostile entity with explosive or violent encounter potential, adding chaos to survival moments.
  • Mammoth: a heavy entity with loud steps and strong presence, gives +5 hearts on defeat.
  • Wraiths / Phantoms: sanity-linked hallucination threats. They may appear when your mind starts breaking, making it harder to know what is real.
  • Fake Players: sanity-based apparitions that imitate the feeling of another person being in your world.
  • Agent Peter: a special survival encounter with stronger progression value, more presence, and boss-like pressure.
  • Corrupted Husk: an infected hostile variant that fits the darker survival side of the mod.
  • Blocky Raven: a strange entity tied to the unsettling atmosphere and the feeling that the world is being watched from every angle.

Every entity is designed to make the player behave differently: hide, run, listen, avoid looking, protect their sanity, or prepare before night arrives.

 



HORROR EVENTS

  • Day-based horror progression.
  • Random stalking windows.
  • Unnatural ambience and sudden silence.
  • Fake player apparitions.
  • World mood changes.
  • Forced encounters.
  • Custom event triggers.
  • Bloodmoon, nightmare, and story-style gameplay options.
  • Events that can alter visibility, fog, sound, and the feeling of the world.

SURVIVAL FEATURES

  • Scrap currency: earn scrap by killing entities.
  • Shop system: buy useful items and equipment during your run.
  • Weapons and combat support: additional combat systems are included.
  • Entities can break blocks or climb in certain situations.
  • Sleeping is not always safe.
  • Custom ambience and passive music.
  • Configurable difficulty and gameplay behavior.

ITEMS

  • Agaric: edible, but weak regeneration.
  • Cordage: decoration/resource item.
  • Wood Cross: useful against the Forest Troll when placed.
  • Bandage: helps when you are badly hurt.
  • Box: gives beans that can be consumed.
  • Teddy: restores health and helps keep your mind stable. You can hug it with right click.

AUDIO WARNING

This mod uses loud and disturbing sounds to create tension. Distorted screams, metallic impacts, whispers, sudden thuds, silence cuts, chase music, and jumpscare sounds may happen without warning.

Headphones at very high volume are not recommended.
