🔥 Improvised Zombie AI

A dynamic difficulty mod for Minecraft Forge 1.20.1

🧠 What does this mod do?

Improvised Zombie AI makes your Minecraft survival experience more intense by progressively increasing the intelligence and power of hostile mobs as in-game days pass.

As time goes on, zombies and other monsters adapt to the environment, learn new behaviors, and become more dangerous.

⏳ Progression System

Day	Behavior
Day 1–4	Normal behavior
Day 5+	Hostile mobs begin breaking doors
Day 10+	They gain the ability to break blocks
Day 20+	They start placing blocks and receive combat stat boosts

All of these behaviors are automatically configured using Enhanced AI, so no manual setup is needed.

⚔️ Stat Scaling

At configurable milestones (default: Day 20), hostile mobs receive:

🧬 Increased max health
💥 Boosted attack damage
🏃‍♂️ Faster movement speed
👁️ Extended follow range

All of these can be configured in the imzoai-common.toml config file.

🛠️ Configuration

You can adjust:

Start day for difficulty scaling
Spawn probability increase rate
Attribute bonuses (health, damage, speed, follow range)

All settings are inside:

.minecraft/config/imzoai-common.toml

👾 Mod Compatibility

Compatible with other mods that add new hostile mobs
Automatically applies behaviors to any monster-type entity
Tags used are: intelligent_zombie, ai_phase_break_blocks, ai_phase_place_blocks, etc.
