Beta 1.1.0 — The Next-Gen Animation & Progression Update
[PART 1: ANIMATION CORE REVOLUTION]
- Integrated a completely custom, lightweight Animation Core into the client framework.
- Fully overhauled player geometry to support dynamic, high-detail movements.
- Upgraded the custom StaminaPlayerModel with hyper-detailed, fluid animations:
* Realistic Idle & Breathing cycles
* Fluid Walking & Running states
* Cinematic Sneaking, Swimming, Jumping, and Falling physics
* Dynamic fatigue, arm interactions, and a custom Collapse animation upon total exhaustion.
- Implemented smooth state transitions driven by environmental factors (Water, Air, Sneaking, Heat, and Vertical Velocity).
- Added cinematic camera tilting based on falling velocity and low stamina states.
- Implemented core cinematic overlay assets and localized cutscene text support for both English (en_us) and Russian (ru_ru).
[PART 2: DYNAMIC QUEST & PROGRESSION SYSTEM]
- Implemented a progressive Quest System featuring 20 unlockable challenges.
- Balanced progression with a strict 70% Easy and 30% Hard core-gameplay loop (14 light tasks / 6 hardcore quests).
- Quests are hidden by default and dynamically unlock based on your total completion rate.
- Overhauled StaminaData to track player actions under environmental pressure: checks for swimming, jumping, combat, block breaking, night survival, rain, hot sand, and recovery after long falls.
- Upgraded the custom QuestScreen interface with smooth scrolling and a stylized red-pink glowing highlight for high-difficulty challenges.
[PART 3: CRITICAL CRASH FIX & COMPATIBILITY IMPROVEMENTS]
- Fixed a major game crash that occurred instantly when trying to load into a world.
- Redesigned the animation rendering system to prevent lethal conflicts with popular performance and skin optimization mods (such as OptiFine and custom skin loaders).
- Completely safe and stable world loading assured!
[PART 4: DASH MECHANIC & CINEMATIC VISUAL PURGE]
- Added a new Dash Mechanic: press 'R' to perform a tactical forward thrust (consumes stamina, features a cooldown).
- Completely rebalanced and smoothed the dash impulse to prevent camera jarring.
- Implemented an immersive "Soft-Focus" screen blurring effect when looking directly at nearby objects.
- Cleaned up the visual interface by completely removing unrealistic screen-space "Speed Lines" and cheap dash bars for a clean, immersive look. Speed and velocity are now fully conveyed through body posture.
[PART 5: HARDCORE RENDER REPLACEMENT & CINEMATIC SPRINT]
- Enforced a strict "Director Mode": completely overrode and disabled Minecraft's vanilla view bobbing while inside the world to eliminate micro-stuttering.
- Implemented full item-rendering hijacking by canceling vanilla RenderHandEvents and rerouting item positions through the custom pose-layer.
- Restored the iconic, heavy cinematic body leaning ("Lean") during sprints and dashes in 3rd-person view (F5), fully decoupled from standard stepping loops to achieve perfect visual stability.
- Enhanced sprint readability with an adjusted Field of View (FOV) modifier and smooth speed overlays.
[IMPORTANT DEVELOPER NOTE — PLEASE READ]
This project is an ongoing experimental challenge! I am currently testing the limits of AI to see if it is capable of generating a completely independent, complex mechanics mod from scratch under strict free-tier constraints. Because of this, some advanced features (like the weapon inspection system) are currently work-in-progress blueprints and are hidden in this build. Please do not judge this beta too harshly — everything is being built, tested, and polished step-by-step. Thank you for being part of this experiment!
