IP x Sable x Voxy

First Forge 1.20.1 build. It carries only the Immersive Portals x Simple Clouds patch; the Sable, Voxy and other patches are NeoForge 1.21.1 only. Client-side, for Immersive Portals 3.0.x and Simple Clouds 0.7.x.

• Simple Clouds' clouds render inside portal views, on both of Immersive Portals' renderers.
• Each portal view shows its own destination's weather: storm fog, sky darkening and cloud colour.
• Looking through a portal into a world with clouds no longer turns everything around the portal black. Simple Clouds' compositing cleared the whole screen in the middle of drawing the portal.
