Imbossible

Imbossible adds boss fights that ask players to move, dodge, manage adds, and adapt as the arena changes. The fights are built to feel more active than simply giving a vanilla mob more health: each boss has a boss bar, phase changes, custom projectiles, summoned helpers, and a signature weapon drop.

The mod is also built for modpacks. Forge, Fabric, and NeoForge jars are produced from the same shared gameplay code, and pack authors can tune boss health, damage, phase thresholds, cooldowns, projectile behavior, minions, drops, item behavior, effect strength, creative-tab placement, and per-boss enabled flags through config/imbossible.json.

Bosses

Giant Slime Boss

The Giant Slime Boss is a huge hostile slime built around movement, slam timing, and add control. Its ground slams launch slime globs in every direction, damage nearby players, and become more dangerous as the fight progresses.

Below 75% health, grounded players hit by the slam can be pinned with Slime Stun.
Below 50% health, it summons smaller slimes to pressure nearby players.
Below 25% health, it enters a golden final phase with stronger defenses.
On defeat, it drops the Slime Hammer, a melee weapon with a right-click slime slam.

Frost Titan

The Frost Titan is an extra-large snow golem boss built around ranged pressure and frost control. Its default attack fires damaging frost snowballs in a staged pattern: front and back, then side lanes, then all four diagonals. The pattern starts readable, then gains range, speed, and arc as the Titan loses health.

Frostbite slows movement speed and attack speed.
Marked landing circles warn players before giant snowballs crash down from above.
Giant snowball impacts damage, knock back, freeze, and spread snow across the arena.
Periodic hop slams land with a frost ring that pushes melee players back.
The Titan grows through health stages as the fight escalates.
Below 30% health, it summons up to four vanilla snow golems as frost minions.
Final-phase regeneration scales with living frost minions, so killing the golems cuts off the heal.
On defeat, it drops the Frost Wand, which launches freezing frost snowballs.

Modpack And Server Notes

Imbossible is intended for survival challenges, arena encounters, server events, and custom maps. The generated config file lets pack authors disable individual bosses, rebalance damage and health, change phase timings, tune projectile pressure, enable or disable boss drops, and adjust item/effect strength without editing code.
