Changes
- Added discord web hooks. You can now post your images directly in a discord.
- Added Swedish, Brazilian and Portuguese translation (thanks to Nickac and Pim).
Bug Fixes
- Improved the custom uploader quite a bit. Now responses will be a lot more detailed in case of failure. It will also display the html body in case there is no JSON response.
- Fixed some crashes related to malformed custom uploader configs.
