Illage and Spell-age (IAS) Fix

Fixes summon cleanup crashes in Illage and Spell-age, also adds some missing descriptions and textures to effects.
This small mod fixes IAS's spells addon crashing with Iron's spellbooks newest (3.16.3) version. Also adds some missing assets for effects and their descriptions. It applies a runtime compatibility patch without changing the original mod files or redistributing their code or assets.
I tested the spells and they didn't crash on my part, but if they still do then please let me know.
This mod was made for use alongside Illage and Spell-age: Iron's Spells Addon version 1.1.0-1.20.1, and Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks version 1.20.1-3.16.3.
