JEI support added

The factory blocks don't use normal crafting recipes, so until now their recipes were
invisible in JEI. They now show up properly.

• Added 3 new JEI recipe tabs:
  • Money Factory — the 12 single-input factories (Bill factory, Bill 5/10/20/50/100/200/500/1000 factories, Piece factory, Piece 1 & 2 factories). Each recipe shows which block to use.
  • Patern Maker — Pucepatern (not consumed) + Iron Ingot → Ironpuce
  • Puce Factory — the two 3×3 grid recipes (Pucecb and Puce)
• Right-click a factory block in JEI to see everything it can make, or look up any item
  to see which factory produces it.
• JEI is fully optional. It is not bundled with the mod and is not required:
  install it if you want the recipe tabs, or play without it — the mod works exactly the
  same either way. It's your choice in your modpack.
