In the main ic2 mod there arent any convinient ways to sustainably produce distilled water, since solar distilers are slow and time of day dependent and the vapor generators start to form crust after some time. So i made this mod to solve this problem.
It adds a recipe that uses ic2 canner machine, this recipe uses regular water in input slot and new item added by this mod: "distilling coil" in the middle slot for items(used as catalyst and wont be spent when distilling) to produce distilled water with 1:1 ratio to input water.
To craft the distilling coil you need to surround insulated copper cable by coils in crafting table.

1000 mb water -> 1000 mb distilled water
