Fixed an issue with the exoflame and the alloy furnace.
Heavily cleaned up some internals relating to the mod integration API.  Other mods accessing this API will probably break, but I don't think anyone is, so, whatever.
Some config strings have changed.
EnderIO integration has been officially disabled.  It didn't work anyway, it may be updated in the future, if EnderIO gets uploaded to a maven.
All active mod supports should be fully operational.
Updated JEI support to 4.12+
