Allows diamond tools and armaments to be recycled in IE arc furnace

I understand the philosophical decision to not allow diamonds to be recycled in the arc furnace, but finding nothing but diamond armor that I will never have a use for feels like being cheated. The damage math still applies, so 75% durability means only 75% of diamonds, in theory. I don't know the exact numbers.
