IDF - Uniform & Equipment 1.4.2

Changes since 1.4.0 (includes 1.4.1).

New

• Boot polishing screen: right-clicking with boot polish opens a screen with the boots and their stains, a tin of polish and a brush. Take the brush, dip it in the tin and rub the stains off; dip again when the brush dries. Closing early cleans as much as you rubbed off. Each polishing uses one of the tin's 10 uses.
• Navy jacket: the blue jacket is now two jackets, a blue Air Force jacket and a dark navy Navy jacket.
• Flag spreading animation: hold right-click with a flag and both arms come up from below to hold its top corners. The flag waves and sways, more while walking, and lowers when you let go. Folded flags in the hand swing as you walk.

Flags

• Fixed placed flags showing as a blank white cloth and vanishing when turned.
• Flags now clearly wave in the wind, with waves running to the free end.
• The cloth has thickness, and its back shows the picture mirrored, so writing reads correctly from both sides.
• A flag standing on its own stick can be broken anywhere along the stick.
• Flags drop when the pole, wall or ceiling holding them is removed.
• The top of a flag pole matches the pole, with a rounded gold ball on it.

Uniforms and ranks

• The Israel flag patch is at the top of the left sleeve on every jacket, with the rank under it.
• Each jacket shows only its own corps' ranks: Ground Forces on the green and tactical jackets, Air Force on the blue one, Navy on the navy one.
• Fixed the missing icon of the jacket slot.
• The tank crew coverall has shoulder straps instead of patch pockets, and its ranks look like the Class B ranks.
• Combat soldiers' (chod) ranks now look like the real patches:
  • Ground Forces: black frame, green stripes
  • Air Force: white frame, black stripes
  • Navy: yellow frame, black stripes
• Border Police conscript ranks (Corporal, Sergeant, Staff Sergeant, Sergeant First Class) are a green velcro patch with white chevrons on the left upper sleeve.
• Border Police shoulder ranks were redrawn in white: rosettes, a pointed leaf and a laurel wreath.

• The old blue jacket from 1.4.0 is gone; craft the new Air Force or Navy jacket.
