# NEW SYSTEM
### - Jutsu Burnout
### - You can cast 2 jutsu back to back, after that you must wait for 1 second before casting another
### - if you do not wait 1 second, you get a jutsu burnout popup that progressively gets longer if you keep spamming moves as soon as they are ready

# QOL
### - NO MORE MISSION TICKETS
### - 1 free stat reset to every player
### - mission tracking / visual indicator for "outside safe zone" missions, telling you when you are in the needed zone
### - Better descriptions for what moves require stat wise
### - no more 5 minute timer on  fast travel (if you didnt know, press M and you can right click any village to teleport to a random location around that village)
### - added store URL to shop so you know how to get CC

# Bug Fixes
### - stuns turning modes off disabled
### - ice mirrors hitbox fix
### - npcs no longer spawn on you within the pvp arena
### -  you now face towards your opponent when teleported to the pvp arena
### - fixed fire kills not counting sometimes
### - hyuga air palm not casting when in combat mode fixed
