There is this weird Troll Stone issue where the entity causes a black screen and crashing. This fixes it for 1.21.1 by making the statue invisible.
As said in the summary this mod is a simple client side patch that fixes the rendering issue with the troll, at day they apparently turn to stone which causes the game to crash because of some rendering issue.
So all this fix does is simply make them invisible on the client side while they are stone.
