IC2 Radiation 1.3
- Added Contaminated Rock, which can spawn after a nuclear reactor explosion.
- Contaminated Rock emits radiation while carried in the player's inventory.
- Contaminated Rock requires a Diamond Pickaxe to mine.
- Added a subtle green screen filter while the player is inside a radiation zone.
- Minor fixes and improvements.
