Small maintance patch. Fixing bugs reported.

Thank you for xJon (Tekkit pack dev) and Mezz (JEI dev) for helping me find a long standing bug and showing me how stupid i was back then.

Changelog:
Version 1.5.10:

  • Fixed: Issue with JEI Bookmarkings being shifted down. I thought gui arreas were replaced not appended. Even so it was bugged anyways. Thank you mezz for your time.
  • Fixed: Jetpack/Night Vision Goggles would trigger their vital effects even in guis. (Vital effects that shouldn't change shouldn't be triggered in the gui)
  • Fixed: Crash with the Enet.
  • Fixed: EUReader desync bug.
  • Fixed: Thaumcraft incompat due to thaumcraft not doing a check before doing a logic call. Logic call will now check for itself if it didn't do the logic call. (This won't fix it fully but mididigate the issue)
