Hotfix patch of a couple bugs that were reported.

Version 1.2.2.0:
-Fixed: Generators were all charge tier 1 even so there were HV Generators.
-Added: CropCopying freature from 1.10.2-1.12 to this version.
-Added: Overgrowth fertilizer when spreading weed will also spread the effect of the overgrowth fertilzer (just with a shorter duration). This will if a mistake happens have much greater negative effects on crop fields.
(Mass destruction of the crop fields will happen you have been warned)
