Hotfix patch for the latest changes.
Version
-Hotfixed: Infinite Inventory would void items causing the second bug.
-Fixed: Machine would continue to run because the infinite inventory was auto clearing. (Thanks to Trinsdar for finding it)
-Removed: Some Debug Text
-Fixed: Some reactor components wouldn't work properly if the suntime was frozen.
-Updated: IC2API partly to latest version. Features are not supported yet might take a while until thats going to be. (Also Recipes.class is not updated because of the CoreDependency of IC2Exp)
-Added: Creative Upgrade clears now tanks (until it becomes its own upgrade)
