Removed dependency on IC2 tweaker for basic machine support, as IC2 tweaker is broken with ic2 classic now. All machines are done by ic2 classic tweaker now added optional exp float for basic machines like macerator, compressor, ect. Thermal centrifuge and ore washer do not have the optional exp float though as the machines don't seem to support exp.
