Added ability to add stacked crafting recipes. Note: THIS IS HIGHLY UNTESTED, SO THERE MAY BE BUGS.

There is no documentation yet, but it's basically like adding recipes using ct's system but wit mods.ic2.AdvRecipes instead of recipes, and you can have an input item's count be greater then one. Also no string is needed for the id.
