This is an addon for Caerula Arbor and one other private mod (I am not sure if I am allowed to explain too much about it; this page title is all I can tell).
The aim of this mod is to strengthen some mech bosses to OP level.
This mod does not add new attack patterns or visual effects; this is a simple addon that adds significant damage reduction, damage buff, bypass damage, counter ability and some anti-cheat features to the bosses.
