- Improved Wither Wraith's Homing Wither Skull logic (skulls will not lock on to entities that are closer to as well as below the Wither Wraith but aren't within proximity of where the Wither Wraith was looking at)

- Homing Wither Skulls now move slightly slower when locked on to an entity
