1. Allowed Use

You may download and use “I Am Giant and Proud / 我是巨人我驕傲” for personal gameplay, private servers, and public servers.

You may create and publish fan works, translations, add-ons, modified versions, ports, and other derivative works, provided that:

  • Your work contains meaningful changes or original creative effort.

  • Your work is distributed for free.

  • You clearly credit “I Am Giant and Proud / 我是巨人我驕傲” and the original creator, 小雪花.

  • You clearly state that your work is unofficial.

  • You describe the main changes you made.

2. Modpacks

You may include the unmodified official mod file in free modpacks.

The modpack must credit “I Am Giant and Proud / 我是巨人我驕傲” and 小雪花.

Advertising, creator-reward programs, and voluntary donations for a freely available modpack are allowed.

You may not sell access to the modpack or the mod itself.

3. Videos and Livestreams

You may create and monetize videos, livestreams, reviews, tutorials, showcases, and other media featuring the mod.

Advertising revenue, sponsorships, memberships, subscriptions, and voluntary donations are allowed.

You may not sell or provide paid access to the mod file itself.

4. Prohibited Actions

You may not:

  • Re-upload or mirror the original mod as a separate download.

  • Rename the mod and claim it as your own.

  • Remove or change the original creator, copyright, or license information.

  • Make only minor or superficial changes and publish it as a new original project.

  • Claim that an unofficial work is official or approved by 小雪花.

  • Sell, rent, sublicense, or place the mod or a derivative version behind a paywall.

  • Use the mod’s code, models, textures, sounds, logo, or other assets in another project without following this License.

  • Distribute the mod or a derivative work containing malware or harmful code.

5. Ownership

小雪花 retains ownership of the original mod and its original code, assets, designs, names, and materials.

Creators of derivative works retain ownership of their own original additions, but they do not gain ownership of the original mod or its materials.

6. Termination

Your permission under this License ends automatically if you break these rules.

If that happens, you must stop distributing the violating work and remove unauthorized downloads under your control.

7. No Warranty

The mod is provided “as is,” without any warranty.

The creator is not responsible for lost data, damaged worlds, compatibility problems, or other losses caused by using the mod or a derivative work.

8. Other Rights

All rights not specifically granted by this License remain reserved by 小雪花.
