Fixed bacon being ore dicted without being known. oops

Fixed lava pump not generating enough pressure in comparison to the normal pump.

Finally fixed the bug of losing pressure on chunk unloading/loading.

Harvester recipe no longer instacrafts.

Harvester moves faster with more pressure and higher tier(note, still max of medium tier!)
