Fixed crash with wither skeletons in spawner, and denied any future crashes.

Changed default configs to what was asked of me.

If max tier is below 10 or config disabled colors are generated using old color scheme.

Added check for natura to generate alternative smelting for vile dust. (I don't know gany's internal name so didn't add support for that)

Tweaked some misc things.
