Oh crap sorry guys didn't check to see if Java was breaking math.

Tiers weren't working as Tiers were supposed to because Java doesn't return a float properly if you don't cast the variables used in the equation as floats as well... I was used to C# and forgot Java broke it.

I Archived all old versions because It was an oversight that lingered in all the versions.
