Tweaked Flame Arrow, should be disabled as it is currently not functioning.
Updated to HxCCore 1.13.0 for the new config system. Your configs should in theory work the same.
Tweaked some other internal code relating to Enums, and Enchants that should make others more stable.
Fixed the packet not sending the player name therefore not allowing your keybinds to work.
