Fixed

• /hban temporary ban syntax now works reliably (t:5m, t:12h, t:1d, t:2w)
• /hban <name> permanent [reason] no longer conflicts with temporary ban syntax
• Fixed Brigadier parsing issues that could show a syntax error on the t: duration argument

Changed

• Command syntax clarified: use permanent explicitly for permanent bans, t:<duration> for temporary bans
• No more implicit permanent ban via bare reason text — reduces accidental permanent bans

Removed

• All outgoing network code removed — this mod makes zero external connections
• Multi-account detection now fires a public HwidMultiAccountEvent on the NeoForge event bus instead, so other mods can react to it locally
