Hunter X Craft

SUMMARY

Hunter X Craft is a PVP/PVE based mod, which implements 30 unique hatsu nen abilities, along with a fully immersive power system and many ways to play.

This mod is made for single player and multiplayer usage, and has been created for the intent to be used on servers between friends or communities.

The mod will be updated whenever there is enough content for another update. As for now, a chimera ant, greed island, and dark continent update, are all on the agenda !!!

HOW TO PLAY

There are currently multiple goals to work towards while playing this mod. The player can:

1. Get their Hunters License

2. Upgrade their Skills

3. Learn and Master Nen

It is recommended to complete these in this order, possibly interchanging 1 and 2.

Getting Your Hunters License:

To get your Hunters License, there is a specific quest to do so. To start this quest, you must speak to Beans.

This quest shouldn’t take more than around 1-2 hours, and is relatively easy as long as the player has prepared.

Upgrading Your Skills:

To open your skills tab, press G. For every bandit you kill, you will earn Mind Points. Your Mind Points can be applied to a specific skill, either Strength, Resilience or Stamina. Each skill can be upgraded to level 5 before it is maxed out.

For strength, the player increases their chance to deal an extra hit per attack by 20% each upgrade.

For resilience, the player improves their health by 4 hearts per upgrade.

For stamina, the player can increase their total stamina. Stamina is used for mobility moves, which are toggleable by Z, X and C. Details of this can be found in the Mod Details section.

Learning and Mastering Nen:

Firstly, in order to learn Nen, you will need to open your aura nodes. To do so, you must visit one of the six Nen Masters (Wing, Bisky, Knov, Morel, Tsubone or Izunavi). It will take 10xp levels in order to open your nodes.

Once this is complete, the master will give you a Water Divination Cup and a Meditation Mat. You can use the Water Divination Cup to learn what category of Nen you fall into, and you can use the Meditation Mat to increase your total Aura.

Please note that Aura and Nen are two separate units. Aura is your total capacity for Nen. Nen is the amount of Life Energy you have at that moment, and is capped by your total Aura.

The maximum Aura level reachable by Meditation is 100,000.

Once you have started learning Nen, it is recommended that you attempt to find Nen Wells. These are structures that spawn throughout the surface. When the special cage is clicked, you will receive a Nen Scroll.

Depending on your Nen Type, you will need to take this scroll to the appropriate Nen Master. For example:

• Wing: Enhancer
• Bisky: Transmuter
• Knov: Emission
• Morel: Manipulation
• Tsubone: Conjuration
• Izunavi: Specialist

By using the Nen Scroll on the Nen Master, it will be turned into a random Nen Book from that Nen Category, which when right clicked, will allow you to learn that Hatsu.
